Cardinal directions note:

The South hall leads to the pool and patio. 

The North side is the front entrance to the building.

The East hall contains the meeting room, east stairwell, and exhibit hall, and outside the east exit is the dog relief area. 

The West hall contains the fitness center, elevators, west stairwell, and guest laundry. 

GPS brings you into the front entrance on Foxfield Way. Drive past the front entrance for Marriott parking in the back and on the side. It is a horseshoe-shaped parking lot. 

From the main entrance to the lobby pass the first hallway to your right and the check-in desk will be about ten steps from the door on your right. Straight past the check-in desk on the right is a microwave for guest use and snacks and drinks for purchase. Ask the front desk to purchase items. Continuing straight there are booths on the right and seating at tables on the left. Continuing straight ahead will lead to an exit onto the patio which contains chairs and tables. If exiting through this door, key cards will be used for re-entry and the card reader will be on the door above the handle. 

Elevators from check-in desk: 

To access the elevators from the check-in desk, turn around and go back toward the main entrance about ten steps, then turn left down the west hall. The first left will be the elevator bay with the elevators on the right. The button to call the elevator is a square button on the front face of the molding to the right and left of the elevators. There are two elevators, each going to the four floors of the hotel. Floors 2 through 6 are guest room floors. The first floor is marked "main 1" in braille and "star 1" in print. Do not select the buttons marked "R" as these open rear doors to the laundry on each floor. 

Guest room floors: The pattern is the same for floors 2 through six. For example, on the second floor, exit the elevator bay to the right for rooms 201-218, and the even numbers will be on the left and the odd numbers on the right. Exit the elevator bay to the left for rooms 220 to 228 and the even rooms will be on the right and the odd rooms on the left. On floors 2-6, the ice machines are located in the elevator alcove, to the left of the elevators. The east stairs are located at the end of the hall near room 2 on each floor (202, 302, etc.). As you head toward room 202, the stairs are to your left. On the ground floor, the east stairs lead through the stairwell exit door, and immediately to the right will be the east exit to the guide dog relief area. Coming out the stairwell door and proceeding straight for about ten steps will place the meeting room doors on your left. 

On the guestroom floors, the west stairs are at the end of the hall near room 28 (228, 328 and so on). The west stairs exit onto the first floor in the west hall with the pool restrooms and pool exit to the right. Exit the stairwell through the door and turn right. Find the first left and turn left. At the end of the hall turn right and you’ll be headed past the elevators on the right. Continuing straight will cause you to enter the lobby with the main entrance on the left. 

Main Entrance to Fitness and Laundry: 

From the main entrance take the first right to the west hall. Fifteen steps ahead is the fitness center on the right. The doors to the fitness center are keycard access and the card reader is a round button to the left of the fitness center door beneath the braille signage. 

Continue past the fitness center and trail the right wall to the end of the hall for guest laundry. Past the fitness center trailing the left side down the hall make the first left turn and continue to the end of the south hall for the pool exit. In the south hall before exiting the south exit into the pool area there are restrooms on the left, women's on the left and men's on the right, both accessible. 

Elevators to meeting rooms:

Exit the elevators and place the elevators on your left. Continue straight out of the alcove and turn right into the hallway. Fifteen steps forward and the check-in desk will be to your right. Continue walking forward until you reach the carpet. This is a seating area. Place the carpet on your left and carefully go straight until you reach the pillar. Go around the pillar by angling left by stepping over the corner of the carpet and reaching the tile again on the other side. There are a total of three pillars partially obstructing the route, but it is possible to shoreline the carpet on the left all the way down the east hall. 

There is some seating on the left on the carpet and some seating on the right on the tile. The bar is about twenty feet down the east hall on the right. Make your way to the far end of the bar nearest the windows to place orders with the restaurant. The bar is narrow at each end with a long span in the middle where one could sit at the bar to eat in the restaurant. Other table and booth seating options are nearby. 

At the end of the hall is the east exit through two doors, with key card entry to get back in. The key card is on the door above the handle. Outside this east exit is the dog relief area. To the right of that exit are the stairs. After the carpet on the left ends, trail the left wall down the hall and take the first left onto the carpet and the meeting room entrances are on your left. Either the door marked Sinclair or the door marked Oconee will bring you into the meeting rooms which will be fully open as one large room for this convention. All our meetings will be in that one big room. Straight ahead will be the north exit onto the street; please use a different exit except in case of emergency. 

From the meetings rooms to the exhibit hall:

Across from the meeting room tables will be set up in the vestibule, all the way from the north exit at the far left to the east exit at the far right. The glass wall behind these exhibitors looks out onto a small patio with seating, a knee wall, and part of the dog relief area. 

From meeting rooms to dog relief:

Take a right out of the meeting rooms and walk until you reach the tile, then find the door on the left and exit out the east exit. Straight ahead is a sidewalk lined with pine straw and shrubs. Turn right onto this sidewalk and proceed about six feet ahead for river rock on your right. Turn left onto the sidewalk and in about five feet the pine straw will end, and grass will be to the right. With the building on your left, there is a knee wall on the left separating the sidewalk from a small patio. There is a trash can on the patio past the grass on the left, but we will place a trash can to your left as you come back into the east exit. The east door is a key card entry, and the card reader is on the door above the handle. 

From the meeting room to the restrooms:

Exit the meeting room and turn right. Continue straight until you reach the tile, then turn right into the east hallway. About fifteen feet down the hall you will find an alcove on your left. After turning left into the alcove, the first door on the left is the men's room with three stalls and at the dead end of the alcove straight ahead is the women's room with thee stalls, one accessible. The paper towel dispenser is automatic and is above the trash can.
